Pharmaceutical Bottle Inspection Machine : Bottle inspection machines are essential for maintaining high standard of quality and are used by a number of industries for inspecting bottles that are spotty, broken or not conforming to set standards. The process involves putting the bottles onto the conveyor belt manually, which are then transferred on to the inspection chamber equipped with cameras and other electronic components for complete inspection of bottles. The inspection machines also have an inbuilt rejection system, which removes the bottles not conforming to the preset standards from the conveyor belt. Certain advanced machines also have added features like empty bottle check, filled bottle and can sample inspect on line and provide a full 3-D scan of the bottle for dimensional integrity (height, lean, tilt, thread, body dimension, out of round). The output of these machines is very high and range between 600-800 bottles per minute.
